Non-smokers were more than the smokers. The results demonstrated the incidence of HNT in 59.37% population, DM in 25%, stroke in 3.12%, asthma in 2.34%, CAD in 1.56%, thyroid in 1.56%, metabolic syndrome in 2.34% and other complications in 4.68% study population. Quality of life was moderately good.

Conclusion: This study revealed that the incidence of non-communicable diseases is high in the rural areas of Peshawar where there is no urbanization and industrialization, in comparison with the national indicators, which demands a proper involvement to restrict the existing burden of non-communicable diseases. All the study areas are pretentious in the quality of life.
